These companies include, but are not limited to, those, which offer banking services, investments, insurance, mortgage services, warranties, and other financial services and products to our members: Auto Service Companies, Inc., Cape Regional Credit Union, CUNA Mutual Insurance and Companies, eZCardInfo.com, Harland-Clarke (Check Co) Inc., and Liberty Mutual Insurance.

This Internet Security Practices Statement is part of, and incorporated into the Cape Regional Credit Union Membership and Account Agreement and Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement and Disclosure and Cape Regional Credit Union’s online terms and conditions, as stated in the Internet Banking End User Agreement, Privacy, and Security Disclosures. 2. Use of Cape Regional Credit Union’s Internet-Based Services
A member of Cape Regional Credit Union must be in good standing to qualify for, and use CRCU online banking services.

We have made every attempt at Cape Regional Credit Union to ensure that all information, rate listing, or promotional offer, listed on caperegionalcu.com is current and accurate. However, this information is only a guideline for your use. Nothing in this Statement affects our ability to collect, combine, use, verify, retain, and report, including to share with our regulators and law enforcement, information submitted in connection with the provision of Cape Regional Credit Union products and services.
